From a love of classical, film and game music I began composing original music for a variety of projects in parallel to my work as a music instructor. I love music by John Williams, Korngold, Rimsky-Korsakov, Holst, Stravinsky, Shostakovich, Prokofiev, Gershwin, Rachmaninov and Tchaikovsky in particular.

Many years' experience teaching piano, bassoon, saxophone, clarinet and theory at some of Scotland's leading independent schools. Also ensemble coaching, classroom music, accompanist, conducting wind orchestra and accompanying students in ABRSM and Cambridge Pre-U exams.
